Quote from Friends
Monica: Hey, Amy. Is this the first time you've seen Emma?
Amy: I think so...
[looks at Phoebe]
Amy: Hi Emma.
Phoebe: Phoebe.
Amy: That's a funny noise.

Forbes- Most Profitable Stars

Though critics panned her star-turn efforts in Derailed and Rumor Has It, the former Friend proved her marketability as a leading lady in last year's The Break-Up, which grossed an estimated $288 million in worldwide box office receipts and DVD revenues, some five times its estimated budget. Though she can't command the $15 million-per picture salaries of Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon, her films--even the ostensible duds, like Rumor Has It--are consistently profitable, despite their non-blockbuster status. As a result, the former Mrs. Pitt tops the actresses in Forbes' Star Payback list.

For each dollar she got paid, Jennifer Aniston movies averaged $17 of gross income.

Aniston to star in 'Management'
Posted by Melissa
Variety brings us the happy news of another new Jen movie; she will costar with Steve Zahn in Management, a romantic comedy with a rather unusual premise:

Jennifer Aniston and Steve Zahn will star in “Management,” a romantic comedy that marks the feature directing debut of playwright-screenwriter Stephen Belber.
Pic will be financed by Sidney Kimmel Entertainment; Temple Hill partners Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen are producing.

Aniston will play a traveling saleswoman who sells cheap art to small companies and motels. She has a fling with an aimless, underachieving assistant motel manager (Zahn) at one of her stops, and he pursues her all over the U.S.

Belber wrote the script with the intention of directing it and enlisted Godfrey and Bowen, who are currently producing an adaptation of the Nicholas Sparks novel “Dear John” that will star Channing Tatum.

No immediate word on a start date, but here’s hoping that it’s soon!
